A. Colarusso and Son, Inc. completed a project recently at the Columbia County Airport The project consisted of milling some of the runway pavement and resurfacing it with new layers of pavement; replacing the existing runway edge lighting with new LED runway lighting; replacing a few of the existing airfield guidance signs; and replacing the existing RW 3 end navigational aid called the Precision Approach Path Indicator.
