Assistant Asphalt Paving Superintendent
A Colarusso and Son, Inc., a local Heavy/Highway Construction Company is seeking an Assistant Asphalt Paving Superintendent.
Responsibilities:
– Work closely with Paving Superintendent to effectively manage projects.
– Engage in job cost and budgeting.
– Assist paving foreman to meet job expectations with an understanding of how the job was bid.
– Layout job sites prior to crews arriving.
– Meet with customers to discuss upcoming work.
– Assist with job scheduling and employees needed to complete the work.
– Form a system for quality control.
Salary ranging from $65,000 to $85,000. Must work overtime as needed. Willingness to obtain CDL Class A is preferred. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening, background check and motor vehicle record. Paid vacation and sick time. Welder/Fabricator
A. Colarusso & Son, Inc., Quarry Division, is seeking full-time Welder/Fabricator. Must have mechanical maintenance and welding/fabricating experience. Responsibilities will include performing torch cutting and steel layout for fabrication, arc welding and fabrication work on Stone and Asphalt Plants. Overtime work is required. Paid vacation and sick time. Full Benefits provided, including health, dental, life and vision insurances, as well as a 401(k), pension/profit sharing plan. EOE.
